Spring is here and between the warmer weather and the longer days, it’s the perfect opportunity to get into drone flying. Now, thanks to this Amazon deal, you can save $120 on the powerful but beginner-friendly Potensic Atom 2 Fly More Combo drone bundle.

You can get the Potensic Atom 2 drone bundle on sale right now at Amazon for $360.

We think it’s one of the best beginner drones and aside from being easy to use, this drone can take photos in up to 8K and video in 4K. Thanks to the three batteries included in this deal, it has over an hour and a half of flight time. It also comes with a charging hub and a case.

At full price, it outclasses some of the competition and now, with $120 off, this Potensic Atom 2 Fly More Combo bundle is a steal for any beginner drone flyer or someone looking to upgrade their older kit.

In our Potensic Atom 2 review, we called it “a fantastic little drone with some impressive features and good image quality”. That still stands, and its size means you don’t have to worry about the drone regulations applying to larger flyers.

With features like automatic take off and landing, return to home and subject tracking, it’s an excellent purchase for beginners or those who prefer their drones to have a little autonomy.

It’s capable of capturing video in 4K and photos in up to 8K resolution (though it’ll only capture 8K in JPG, not RAW). You can take slow-mo video and its green flashing rear light is especially handy for night flying.

With three batteries (and a fast charger) you can fly the Potensic Atom 2 for over three hours (as well as a case and charging hub). If you switch to speed mode you can expect to get less air time but enough for a good session.

Key features: 8.8 oz / 249 g weight, 5.63 x 3.46 x 2.28 in / 143 x 88 x 58mm folded, 3 batteries, 4K video, 8K stills, return to home and auto take-off, 10km/6.2 miles video transmission.

Product launched: April 2025

Price history: Before today’s deal, the Potensic Atom 2 Fly More Combo bundle was selling at an RRP of $480. It’s a steal at $360 and if Amazon runs out of stock or if you prefer to shop elsewhere, it’s the same price at Walmart.

Price comparison: Amazon: $360 | Walmart: $360 | Best Buy: $380

Reviews consensus: This is a fantastic little drone, packed with features, 4K video and 8K stills included, that stand up well to the competition. We awarded it four stars in our Potensic Atom 2 review, and we think it’s the best non-DJI drone. Its Amazon reviews are similarly positive and as a sub-250g drone, you don’t have to register it.

Space: ★★★★ | T3: ★★★★

Featured in guides: Best beginner drones, best drones

✅ Buy it if: You want a well-built, sub-9-ounce drone that’s easy to fly, has a good camera, and outpaces some of the competition.

❌ Don’t buy it if: You want a super-powerful pro-level camera drone. Instead, consider the DJI Mavic 4 Pro.
